Forex expert advisors are one of the most profitable trading techniques at the moment but you may be thinking how is it possible to make money without investing a single penny? Before I explain how that’s possible (and how many people are making a fortune with it), let me explain what a forex expert advisor is.
A forex expert advisor is a service that provides forex signals. Effectively a subscriber signs up to such a service in exchange for being alerted (virtually) immediately of any trades execute by the expert advisor. The logic being that if the EA is very profitable then other trader will want to copy its trade, and pay some money for the privilege.
Many forex signal providers will even go a step further. They will give you an expert advisor in a platform such as MetaTrader that receives the signals and places the trades on your behalf. So your trading is completely automated. You have to be very comfortable with someone else’s signals trading with your money without any manual supervision from your side, of course!
So how are you going to make $50,000 a month?
There’s a couple of easy ways. The first one is to setup a signals service that feeds into forex expert advisors. People will pay you a monthly subscription to receive your trade alerts. From a technical standpoint, it’s quite simple too. All you have to do is a run a forex expert advisor which feeds the signals to a signal distribution website (or server).
Subscription fees are generally monthly. Say each forex advisor subscriber pays you a monthly fee of $50 and let’s assume you pay 50% of that away between the signal distribution website and affiliate fees (if you’re lazy and don’t want to do the marketing, of course). Say you get 200 subscribers. That’s an easy $5,000 a month in full automation. Let’s say you then grow to 2,000 subscribers…well, you can do that math…that’s $50,000.
A second way to make $50,000 a month is to give free access to subscribers to your forex expert advisor signals. In exchange for that, you will have an agreement with a broker to pay you a commission every time a client places a trade as a result of your forex signals. That is to say, every time a trader places a deal off the back of your signals, the broker will pay you a part of the spread. The good thing is that the client doesn’t perceive he is having to pay you a large monthly subscription fee in exchange for your forex trading signals as it’s the broker paying you.
